Award winning photographer Ella Hutt will be offering a free photography course titled 'The Shutterbug Series: A User's Guide to Digital Photography' at local public libraries. The sessions are as follows:
Sunday, 11 April, 2:00pm at Alberton Public Library (460 Main Street). Topic: Tips for selecting the best camera and reviews of various sized cameras.
Sunday, 18 April, 2:00pm at O'Leary Public Library (18 Community Street). Topic: Using a digital camera, shooting at various settings, making good shots, use of memory cards.
Sunday, 25 April, 2:00pm at Alberton Public Library (460 Main Street). Topic: Basic computer software and how to store and enhance photos
Sunday, 2 May, 2:00pm at O'Leary Public Library (18 Community Street). Topic: How to crop a picture or resize a photo or video to print, e-mail, or mount on a webpage.
Sunday, 16 May, 2:00pm at Tyne Valley Public Library (19 Allen Road). Topic: How to take nature photos.
Sunday, 30 May, 2:00pm, at Tignish Public Library (103 School Street). Topic: The art of taking wedding pictures and portraits.
